Our doctors are specialist General Practitioners with a minimum of ten years medical training to hold MBBS and FRACGP qualifications. They also have additional training in various specialty areas to assist our patients with specific health care needs.

All Vantre Health doctors participate in regular continuing education to remain current with the latest medical knowledge and treatments. Our practice has a commitment to whole patient care and the doctors are assisted by highly trained nursing staff and experienced administrative staff.

Treatment Rooms
All the practices feature state of the art treatment rooms and equipment which are fully staffed with highly trained and experienced nurses.
Please phone or book online for an appointment at one of our surgeries.Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time, emergencies will always be given priority.Longer consultation times are available, please ask our receptionists if you require a longer appointment.
Repeat Prescriptions
For the benefit of your ongoing health care, your Doctor would like to see you for any repeat prescriptions.
Phone Calls
All phone calls are taken by the doctor at their discretion.
Billing Information

Bulk billing is available at this practice for current Medicare card holders. Please remember to bring your Medicare Card with you to each appointment as well as your Pension & Health Care cards.

Some medicals and visits are not covered by Medicare, eg: work-related accidents and injuries, life insurance, superannuation etc. If you have any queries please ask reception when making the appointment. Payment is required for additional services at the time of consultation, EFTPOS facilities are available at all our practices.

Please note that it is practice policy that a $10 fee is payable for patients that fail to give at least one (1) hours' notice of any standard appointment cancellation. ($20 for long appointments). Further appointments will not be permitted until outstanding fees are paid.

Interpreter Service
Should you require the services of an interpreter during a consultation with the Doctor, please advise the receptionist when making the appointment.
Disability Facilities
Wheelchair access is available from the undercover and outside parking areas. Toilet facilities for the disabled are available in the practice. Should you have any special needs, please discuss this with the receptionist, nurse or your Doctor.
After Hours Care and Home Visits
After Hours Care can be arranged for those too ill to attend the Clinic through our after hours agency. For an after-hours, bulk-billed home visit please call the National Home Doctor Service on 13 SICK (13 74 25)

An after-hours telephone support service is available to current patients of the practice if urgent medical advice is required. This service operates Monday to Friday evenings until 11:00pm. To speak with our on-call doctor, please call 0488 030 645.

Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may send you a reminder notice offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please let our receptionist know.
Privacy Policy

In accord with the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, all information collected is treated as sensitive information. To protect your privacy, this practice operates strictly in accordance with the Act.

What information is collected

Only necessary information for the undertaking of functions and activities relating to the services we offer is collected.

How we handle your health information

Our doctors and staff are trained to handle your personal information discreetly and privately. We also engage in a range of security initiatives to protect your information from loss or misuse.

You may obtain access to the information

For further details ask at the front desk. Usually information is available within 30 days of lodging request. Nominal charges may apply.

The organisations or persons to whom information is usually disclosed

Health providers involved in your treatment and care may receive selected information from your personal health record. These include pathology, hospital, radiology and specialist services.

The consequences of not providing all or part of the information requested

There may be serious repercussions if we do not know who you are, how to contact you or be able to contact you in a timely manner. Withholding personal health information from your GP or others involved in your health care may put your life or health at risk.

If you have any questions about how we handle your personal health information or need to arrange access to your records, please ask to speak to our Privacy Officer.

Childhood Immunisations
All childhood Immunisations are direct billed to Medicare on presentation of a current Medicare Card. Please remember to bring along your child's "red" Personal Health Record book when you visit so we can keep this important documentation up to date.
Travel Vaccinations
When making appointments for your travel vaccinations, please advise reception staff what countries you will be visiting. Your Doctor will then be able to provide an up to date vaccination list recommended for that region at the time of your consultation.
